This User Agreement (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is a legally binding contract between you and Melan LLC, d/b/a Melan Group (“Melan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company. It governs your access to and use of all platforms, products, applications, and services operated by Melan (collectively, “our Services” or “our platforms”). By creating an account or using any Melan product, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, each incorporated here by reference. Individual platforms may provide supplemental terms specific to that product.

1. Introduction
1.1 The Contract
When you use any Melan product, you agree to all terms in this Agreement. By creating an account or accessing our Services, including on behalf of a company or other entity, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Melan LLC. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use our Services. You may terminate this Contract at any time by closing your account and ceasing use of our Services.
1.2 Members and Visitors
Registered users (“Members”) have access to the full features of the Melan platform they have enrolled in. Unregistered users (“Visitors”) may access limited features as we make available from time to time. This Agreement applies to both Members and Visitors across all Melan platforms and products.
1.3 What Melan Does
Melan LLC builds and operates digital platforms and products designed to provide transparency, efficiency, and value to the people and organizations who use them. Our platforms may span professional tools, productivity applications, information services, and other categories. Each platform is a product of Melan LLC and is subject to this Agreement unless that platform provides its own supplemental terms.
1.4 Changes to This Agreement
We may modify this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, or our Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our Services or by other means before the changes take effect. Changes cannot be retroactive. Your continued use of any Melan service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you object to any changes, you may close your account.
2. Obligations
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Melan’s Services. If the law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age for us to lawfully provide our Services to you without parental consent, that higher age applies. By using our Services, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
You agree that: (1) you are eligible to enter into this Contract; (2) you will maintain only one account per platform registered under your real identity; and (3) you have not been previously restricted from using our Services. Creating an account with false information, including accounts created on behalf of others or by persons below the minimum age, is a violation of this Agreement.
2.2 Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or transfer access to your account to any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your account belongs to you, even if a third party paid for access to a premium feature. However, an employer or organization that purchases Services on your behalf may have the right to access usage data and reports related to that specific paid Service.
2.3 Payment
If you purchase a paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your paid Services. You also agree that:
- We may store your payment method and use it to avoid interruptions in service or to charge for other Services you purchase.
- Prices may vary by location and may be subject to foreign exchange fees.
- We may modify pricing with reasonable advance notice as permitted by law.
- All purchases are subject to our refund policy, available in your account settings.
- You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
2.4 Notices and Messages
You agree that we may send notices and messages to you through our Services or to the contact information you have provided. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Failure to do so may result in missed important communications.
2.5 Sharing on Our Platforms
When you post content or share information through our Services, others may be able to see, copy, and use that information, consistent with your privacy settings. We will honor the audience choices you make. We are not obligated to publish or retain any content and may remove content with or without prior notice.
3. Rights and Limits
3.1 Your License to Melan
You own the original content you submit or post through our Services. By submitting content, you grant Melan LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, host, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except:
- To the extent others have already copied or re-shared it;
- To the extent we have already sublicensed it to others prior to deletion; or
- Where we are required by law to retain it.
We will not use your content in third-party advertising without your separate consent. We will honor the visibility choices you make about your content. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
You agree to only post content and information you have the right to share, and that your profile information will be truthful and accurate.
3.2 Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, product, or aspect of our Services at any time. We may limit availability by region, subscription tier, or other criteria. Our Services are not storage services we are not obligated to retain your content beyond the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
3.3 Third-Party Content, Sites, and Services
Our platforms may display or link to content, services, or tools from third parties that we do not control or verify for accuracy. You access third-party content at your own risk. Melan is not responsible for any third-party products, services, or content accessed through or in connection with our platforms.
Melan is a platform operator, not an agent, employer, or intermediary on behalf of any third party whose products or services may appear through our Services.
3.4 Platform Limits
We reserve the right to limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you breach this Agreement, violate applicable law, or misuse our Services. We may remove any content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or this Agreement.
3.5 Intellectual Property
Melan LLC retains all intellectual property rights in our platforms, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology. “Melan,” “Melan Group,” and associated logos are trademarks of Melan LLC. You may not use our trademarks, brand assets, or technology without our prior written consent.
3.6 AI Features and Automated Recommendations
Our platforms may use AI and automated systems to power features including content analysis, personalization, document processing, and autofill. These outputs are tools to assist you. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing any and all AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of automated outputs.
4. Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
4.1 No Warranty
If you rely on any content, output, or information from a Melan platform, including AI-generated content or third-party data, you are responsible for independently verifying its accuracy and fitness for your purposes.
4.2 Exclusion of Liability
4.3 Basis of the Bargain
The limitations of liability in this Section 4 are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and Melan LLC and apply to all claims of liability including warranty, tort, negligence, and contract even if a remedy fails its essential purpose. These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
5. Termination
Either you or Melan LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach this Agreement or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services ends. The following provisions survive termination: Section 3 (subject to 3.1), Sections 4, 6, 7, and any outstanding payment obligations.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us in writing and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
7. General Terms
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, a court may modify it to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Melan LLC regarding our Services and supersedes all prior agreements. Individual platforms may provide supplemental terms that apply alongside this Agreement.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement to an affiliate or successor entity without your consent.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement does not confer any rights on any third party.
Legal Notices. Legal notices to Melan LLC must be delivered in writing to our registered agent in the State of Delaware, or by email where permitted by law.
8. Melan Dos and Don’ts
These rules apply across all Melan platforms and products. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

- Report content that violates this Agreement or our policies
✗ You Agree Not To
- Create a false identity, fake profile, or impersonate any person or entity
- Use another person’s account or share your login credentials
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platforms without written permission
- Circumvent security features, access controls, or rate limits
- Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from our Services without authorization
- Post content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to harm our platforms or users
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our products
- Rent, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit your account or access to our Services
- Use bots or automated methods to send messages, submit forms, or engage with content inauthentically
- Post false, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Interfere with the operation or performance of our Services
- Post or promote illegal goods, services, or activities
- Misuse our reporting, appeals, or support processes
Community Standards
All users of Melan platforms are expected to:
- Be Safe: Do not post content that threatens, harasses, or harms others. Do not promote violence, illegal activity, or dangerous organizations.
- Be Trustworthy: Do not share false or misleading content, create fake profiles, or scam and defraud other users.
- Be Professional: Do not post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content. Treat other users with respect.
9. Complaints Regarding Content
If you believe content on any Melan platform violates your rights including intellectual property rights, or violates this Agreement, please contact us with a description of the content and the basis for your complaint. For copyright infringement claims, please see our DMCA Policy.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement or applicable law. We may take action against accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations, including permanent termination.
