The Services provide research intelligence, funding signals, technology data, and partnership information. You agree to:

- Not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish raw data obtained from the Services without Melan’s written consent.
- Independently verify the accuracy and relevance of any data or signals before making business decisions. Melan provides information on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party data.
- Comply with applicable data protection laws when processing any personal data obtained through the Services.
6. Account Termination
