Who We Are
The Company
- Melan LLC, d/b/a Melan Group is a Delaware limited liability company that builds and operates digital platforms and products.
- Each product we release is a Melan platform and is governed by this Agreement unless that platform provides its own supplemental terms.

- Members — registered users with full platform access.
- Visitors — unregistered users with limited access.
- This Agreement applies to both, across all Melan platforms.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.
Key Obligations
You Agree To
- Be at least 16 years old and eligible to enter this Contract.
- Keep your password secret and not share your account.
- Use your real identity — no fake profiles or false information.
- Follow our Dos and Don’ts and Community Standards.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
- Keep your contact information up to date.
- Only share content you have the right to share.
- Honor your payment obligations if you subscribe to a paid plan.
- Review AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it.
We Agree To
- You retain ownership of the original content you post.
- We will only use a limited, non-exclusive license to your content to operate and improve our platforms.
- We will honor your visibility and privacy settings.
- We will not use your content in third-party ads without your separate consent.
- We will abide by our Privacy Policy and the choices you make about your data.
- We will notify you of material changes to this Agreement before they take effect.
- Changes to this Agreement will not be retroactive.
What You’re Acknowledging
About Our Platforms
- When you share information through Melan Services, others may be able to see, copy, and use it.
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or entire products at any time.
- We are not responsible for third-party content or services accessible through our platforms.
- Melan is a platform operator, not an agent or intermediary for third parties.
About AI Features
- Our platforms may use AI for personalization, content analysis, document processing, and autofill.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete — always review before relying on them.
- We do not sell your data to train third-party AI models.
- You can request human review of any AI decision that materially affects you.
About Payments
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically — cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Prices may vary by location and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Payment information is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor.
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
About Liability
- Our Services are provided “as is” — we make no guarantees of uptime or accuracy.
- Our liability to you is limited — see Section 4 of the full Agreement for details.
- These limitations do not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.
Dos and Don’ts

- Create fake profiles or impersonate others
- Scrape or automate data collection from our platforms

- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Termination & Disputes
Ending the Agreement
- You can close your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing us.
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of this Agreement.
- Some provisions survive termination, including payment obligations and liability limits.
Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
- Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
- EU/EEA/UK users retain applicable consumer protection rights.
- Before filing a legal claim, please contact us to resolve informally first.
